Service scope: Northern route rates are reference prices for the listed hire periods. Confirm the exact stops, return journey, daily hours, kilometres and overnight arrangements in writing. They are not automatically one-way transfer prices.
Additional charges: VAT is excluded. Your quote will clarify expressway tolls, parking, waiting, extra stops and any driver overnight costs. Do not assume these items are included in the table rates.
Vehicles and routes quoted individually: Request prices for the 18-seat van, 34-seat coach, 18-, 22- or 28-seat limousine coach, Toyota Alphard, Mercedes-Benz V250 and S-Class. Golf trips, Mai Chau, Cat Ba, combined routes and direct airport journeys to northern destinations also need an itinerary-specific quote.
The 35-seat coach prices apply to that category. A 34-seat coach is a separate request and requires confirmation.

Central Hanoi to a Halong Bay hotel or cruise port is approximately 155–180 km, with about 2.5–3 hours of driving. The usual route uses the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway, then the Hai Phong–Halong Expressway and local access roads.

6. How long does a private car from Hanoi to Ninh Binh take?
