Confirm What Happens Between Journeys
A return pickup does not automatically mean the vehicle remains available throughout your visit. If you need the driver to wait, make additional trips or stay with your group, include this in your request.
Your written quotation should confirm the pickup and drop-off points, planned stops, service hours, distance allowance where applicable, waiting arrangements and total price including VAT.

Confirm How and When to Pay
Ask SaigonCar to confirm the available payment method, payment currency and payment schedule for your booking. Any deposit requirement will be stated in the booking terms.
If paying by bank transfer, use the recipient details supplied in your confirmed booking correspondence. Include the booking reference or agreed payment description.
If you wish to pay by cash, card or another method, please check availability before confirming the service.

Count Bags as Well as Passengers
Send the number of large suitcases, carry-on bags, golf bags and strollers. Bag size matters, especially when most passenger seats are occupied.

A return journey needs time in both directions, plus time at your destination. Several distant stops can leave little time for the places you want to visit.

Does the rental include a driver?
Yes. The services described on this page are private vehicle hire with a driver. They are not self-drive rentals. The vehicle category, route and service schedule are agreed before booking.
How much does city hire with a driver cost?
Reference city rates for up to 10 hours and 100 kilometres are 1,500,000 VND for a sedan, 1,800,000 VND for the 7-seat SUV/MPV category, 2,000,000 VND for Kia Sedona and 2,500,000 VND for Kia Carnival. These prices exclude VAT.
Both limits apply. Extra hours and kilometres are charged at the vehicle-specific rates in the price table. Trips outside the city require a route-specific quotation.
How much is a Tan Son Nhat Airport transfer?
Reference one-way rates between Tan Son Nhat Airport and central Ho Chi Minh City are 300,000 VND for a sedan, 400,000 VND for the 7-seat SUV/MPV category, 800,000 VND for Kia Sedona and 1,000,000 VND for Kia Carnival, excluding VAT.

Can you pick us up outside District 1?
Yes, you can request pickup across the Ho Chi Minh City areas listed in our pickup section, including Thu Duc, District 7, Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Binh Chanh, Hoc Mon and Cu Chi.
Send the full address or a map pin. We will confirm access, pickup arrangements and pricing for the actual location. A minibus or coach may need a nearby boarding point if the street is too narrow.
How long does it take to drive from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang?
Allow approximately 5–6 hours of driving for a one-way journey of about 390–430 kilometres from central Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. The typical route follows the expressway corridor via Dau Giay, Phan Thiet, Vinh Hao and Cam Lam.
These are planning estimates, excluding long breaks and sightseeing stops. Exact addresses, traffic, weather and road conditions can change the time. Cam Ranh destinations are checked separately.
How much is a private car from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang?

How long are the drives to Vung Tau and Mui Ne?
From central Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau is approximately 100–125 kilometres away, with an estimated driving time of 2–3 hours. The usual route uses the Ho Chi Minh City–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway and National Highway 51.
Phan Thiet/Mui Ne is approximately 200–230 kilometres away, with an estimated driving time of 3–4 hours via the Long Thanh–Dau Giay and Dau Giay–Phan Thiet expressways, followed by local roads. Allow additional time for traffic and stops.
Can we visit Cu Chi, Tay Ninh, Moc Bai or the Mekong Delta?
Yes. Request a private journey to Cu Chi Tunnels, Tay Ninh, Moc Bai or Mekong Delta destinations such as My Tho, Ben Tre and Can Tho. Each destination has its own route and travel requirements.
Send the specific stops and required return time. Cu Chi transport is quoted separately from Tay Ninh and Moc Bai. Border procedures, admission tickets, boat trips and guides are separate unless included in writing.
Which vehicle should we choose for luggage or golf bags?
Choose by both passenger count and luggage volume. Send the number of large suitcases, carry-on bags, golf bags and strollers so we can check the proposed vehicle.
A seat-category label does not guarantee space for the same number of guests with luggage. Usable passenger seats, excluding the driver, and the luggage arrangement will be confirmed for the assigned configuration.
Can you arrange a return golf transfer?
Yes. Send your pickup address, course name, tee time, passenger count, golf bags and expected finish time. Specify whether you need a return pickup or a vehicle retained for the day.
Waiting and return arrangements are included only as agreed in the quote. Green fees, tee-time bookings, caddies, buggies and meals are separate unless explicitly included.
Does a return transfer include a driver waiting all day?
Not automatically. A return transfer can mean an outbound journey followed by collection at an agreed time. Retaining the vehicle and driver throughout your visit is a separate arrangement that must be confirmed.
Do the displayed prices include VAT, tolls and parking?
