For a departure transfer, work backwards from your airline’s check-in requirements and leave a driving buffer. Provide the flight number and full pickup address.
Group Stops by Area
Consider a northern itinerary and a southern itinerary on separate days. If you want to combine both, include every stop so the full route and service duration can be reviewed.
Allow time for meals, walking and attraction visits as well as the driving. Tell us which destinations are your priorities.
Share Your Activity Schedule
Send the meeting time and departure point supplied by your boat operator, or the schedule for your planned cable car or attraction visit.

How long is the drive from Phu Quoc Airport to Grand World?
The journey is approximately 30–35 km, with around 45–60 minutes of driving. A typical route heads through or around Duong Dong, then north towards Bai Dai and the Grand World access roads.

How far is VinWonders from the airport and Duong Dong?

Both journeys head towards the northern Bai Dai area. Attraction admission, queues and time inside the park are additional to the drive.

The airport to the An Thoi / Sunset Town area is approximately 18–22 km, with around 25–35 minutes of driving. A typical route follows DT975 southbound and local roads to the agreed destination.
From Duong Dong, allow approximately 25–30 km and 35–50 minutes of driving, depending on the pickup and drop-off points.
How long does an airport transfer to Bai Kem take?
Phu Quoc Airport to the Bai Kem / Khem Beach area is approximately 15–20 km, with an estimated drive of 25–35 minutes via a southbound route and local beach or resort access roads.

How much is a Phu Quoc Airport transfer to Duong Dong?
Published one-way rates are 300,000 VND for a sedan, 400,000 VND for an SUV, 800,000 VND for a Kia Sedona and 1,000,000 VND for a Kia Carnival.
A 9-seat limousine is 1,500,000 VND and an 11-seat limousine is 1,700,000 VND. These prices exclude VAT and apply to the airport–Duong Dong route.
Does the Duong Dong airport rate apply to every resort?
No. Transfers to Grand World, Bai Dai, An Thoi, Sunset Town and other locations require a quote based on the actual address.

What does private city day hire cost in Phu Quoc?
For 10 hours and 100 km, published city hire rates are 1,500,000 VND for a sedan, 1,800,000 VND for an SUV, 2,000,000 VND for a Kia Sedona and 2,500,000 VND for a Kia Carnival.
A 9-seat limousine is 3,500,000 VND, an 11-seat limousine is 4,000,000 VND and a 16-seat van is 2,200,000 VND. Prices exclude VAT. See the full price tables for coach rates and additional charges.
Are north-island and south-island day-trip prices the same?
The published table lists the same vehicle rates for the individual north-island and south-island day trips from Duong Dong. For example, a sedan is 1,500,000 VND and a Kia Carnival is 2,500,000 VND, excluding VAT.
Confirm your chosen stops, pickup address, duration and waiting arrangements. A combined north-and-south itinerary is quoted separately.
What are the charges for exceeding city hire allowances?
For a sedan or SUV, additional city hire charges are 100,000 VND per hour and 10,000 VND per km. For Kia Sedona, Kia Carnival and 16-seat vans, they are 150,000 VND per hour and 15,000 VND per km.
For 9-seat and 11-seat limousines and 29-seat coaches, they are 200,000 VND per hour and 20,000 VND per km. The 35-seat coach rates are 250,000 VND per hour and 25,000 VND per km; 45-seat coaches are 300,000 VND per hour and 30,000 VND per km.
VAT is additional. Charges apply when the respective allowance is exceeded. Confirm conditions for other itineraries in your quote.
Can I book a private golf transfer?
Request transport to Vinpearl Golf Phu Quoc or another specified course. Send the course name, pickup address, tee time, passenger count and number of golf bags.
Confirm one-way transport, a scheduled return collection or hire with waiting time. Green fees, golf services and tee-time reservations are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Can the car take us to Hon Thom or offshore islands?
Your road transfer can take you to the agreed cable car departure point or boat meeting point on Phu Quoc. Travel to Hon Thom or other offshore islands continues by cable car or boat.
Confirm the excursion schedule, tickets and return collection separately. Send the departure location supplied by your activity operator.
Will the driver wait during our attraction visit?
Waiting is arranged according to your booking. Confirm whether the driver stays at the destination or returns at a scheduled collection time.
Include the expected visit duration and any evening plans. Additional waiting or a later finish may require a revised charge.
Which vehicle should I choose for passengers and luggage?
Send the number of adults and children, suitcase sizes, golf bags and bulky equipment. We can check a suitable vehicle for your travel date.
Category names alone do not establish usable passenger capacity or storage space. Confirm the actual configuration and any child-seat or accessibility request before booking.
Can I request an English-speaking driver?
